How to Book an eConsultation:
To book eConsultation Appointment, do the following steps in the form below:
👉Click the subject matter (Type of Appointment) of your Consultation
👉Select the Date
👉Select the Time
👉Fill-up the form and Submit: Click here to fill-up Booking Registration Form
👉Pay the eConsultation fee.
eConsultation Fees:
- Consultation Fee is P2,000.00,net per hour
- Minimum ng P2,000.00, net kada oras regardless kung umabot o hindi ng isang oras
- Plus, succeeding hour is P2,000.00,net per hour
- Kung lalagpas ng isang oras ay meron pong karagdagan na P2,000.00,net kada oras ng paglagpas
- Pay via GCash 0916 587 1528 at least 1 day before the scheduled eConsultation appointment.
- eMail the proof of payment to consult@easantoscpa.com at least 1 day before the eConsultation schedule.
- Confirmation email and zoom / google meet link will be sent to you.
Data Privacy Consent
By filling-up and submitting the form/s below, you hereby acknowledge, consent and agree to our collection, use and processing of your information for the purpose of our meeting/consultation and for the other legitimate interests with us.
Important! There may be requests being submitted at the same time. We will approve on a first come and pay, first serve basis. We will notify you to schedule a new appointment if there is already an approved appointment in your chosen time slot.
